APPEARANCE
My taillight rocket emblems are painted transparent red to match the rest of the taillights (they are normally chrome). This gives the rear end a cleaner appearance. It was done using Testor's Candy Apple Red spray paint with a topcoat of clear enamel to give it a super-glossy finish to match the rest of the taillight. The emblem is now a shiny red chrome when you look at it up close. From a few feet, the emblems are invisible. (yes, I know the clearcoat on the bumper is going bad) |
MISC. GADGETS
When I'm finished, this is the look I'm after... |
..understated,
yet bold and aggressive.

I'm searching for a nice rear wing spoiler...I found a '98 Buick Regal (shown in the photo at right) that has pretty much has the spoiler I want for my Cutlass. It's hard to tell by the picture, but that wing is very curved and the LED is very long (33.5"). Now all I need to know, is what brand/model is it, and where do I buy one? I have been looking for one like this since 1994 so please help me out!!! |
