just sandblast the motor :lol:

NOOO, you're supposed to let the turbo SUCK the sand into the motor, it smooths everything out. It gives you like 2 bajillion HP.

The sand only works on Audi's...wasn't it an Audi that some guy supposedly done that on? :shock:

Oooo right, makes it easyer to obtain a hone while cleaning the bottom end of the motor.

 

No1, pull the plenum and valve cover, clean en up and paint em, Git-R-Done

I just want to share my process here with my engine.. it's not all the way together in this pic but IMO it's looking good and getting there..

Little dark but when I get it done and outside I'll take a better pic.

 

I'm on to you Matt, it might not be as clean, but it's damn close!! 8) :lol:
