godofthunder Posted August 10, 2004 Report Posted August 10, 2004 I have a chance to get that 98 Regal LS I was looking at a while back. Its got abour 37,000 miles. They want $7500. I dont plan on getting it, but wanted to know if thats worth it? jon Quote
GutlessSupreme Posted August 10, 2004 Report Posted August 10, 2004 For mileage that low I'd say definetly. I wouldn't want the car (now if it was a GS...) but that's a good price I'd say. Quote
DiscoStudd Posted August 10, 2004 Report Posted August 10, 2004 What options does it have? If it's loaded then offering them somewhere between $6500 to $7k would be reasonable. If it's a stripped-down model with cloth interior, then I'd maybe offer $6k tops. If it were a GS, then $7500 would definitely be worth it for that low of mileage... Just my opinion... Quote
THe_DeTAiL3R Posted August 10, 2004 Report Posted August 10, 2004 $7500US = just over $9800 CAD That's not bad if the car is in mint shape, and it has really low mileage (lower than most cars within 5 years old I'd say). Again options are a factor. But even a base model LS with that low mileage is still not a rip-off IMO. Quote
godofthunder Posted August 10, 2004 Author Report Posted August 10, 2004 cloth. Stupid fender benders and repainted some small areas. Though, it does have the Grand Tourning suspension, which was even an option for GS's. jon Quote
