dsgrntld187
Hey guys, do any of you have experience with those, or do any of you know if that would be worth it to improve shifts on my Cutty? Thanks, Spencer
BIGBULS
From my understanding, the 60-E is NOT a fan of raised line pressures. A number of Bereta 3100/4T60-E owners have run these and killed a number of thrust washers inside the trans. Now whether these were already set to go, or whether the shift kit DID kill them is open to debate, but be aware there MAY be some durability problems. Also.............from what I gather you don't see all that large of an improvement at lower altitudes (up high though, these things make a nice difference on the still partially vacuum operated 60-E). My advice is to spend the money elsewhere for the time being.
pwmin
those type of shift kits suck. u need to change the springs in the valve body and such to do anything worthwhile
