SnowDrift Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 Mine are broken and need to be replaced. Does anyone have a good source for these driving lights (under the headlights) or am I best off to order them from the dealer at $62 each? Thanks, SnowDrift Quote
SigEpCutlass Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 check your local u pull-it junk yard. you can probably get it really cheaply there. otherwise, look for a used parts dealer, or check napa. Quote
SnowDrift Posted July 30, 2004 Author Report Posted July 30, 2004 Not much luck at the boneyards. I checked some aftermarket lights, but none are nearly as nice as the OEM ones. In particular, none had the lower adjusting screw mount to prevent the "bouncing" lights you always see going down the road when one is loose. Quote
GnatGoSplat Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 Always plenty on Ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7914255081&category=33709 If it's just the glass that's broken, you can be cheap and convert them from fog to driving lights. Blazer sells driving lights at Wal-mart whose lenses will fit the factory housings. They are driving lights though, so you won't want to use them in the fog. They also don't have the cutoff shield so they can blind other drivers. Much cheaper though, I think $20 for 2. Quote
