To answer your question, if I understood it right, yes. Some of the 3.4 dual overhead cam engines had "twin dual cam V6" written on them whereas others had "3.4 L DOHC V-6" written on them. The older 3.4's had "twin dual cam" written on them if I'm not mistaken whereas the later(possibly 93+) had 3.4 DOHC written on them.

^^ what they said

If its a 3.4 pushrod (3400) it will say 3400 SFI right on the plenum, and the engine would look much different anyways, obviously.

mfewtrail,

Your right,

The 92's and I beleive some early 93's had Twin Dual Cam V6 written on the Fuel Injector Rail/Upper Intake cover.

Thats what my 92's has.

I know, I know, looks like crap.

But, it works, and it works great!!!

Much better than stock box.

By the way, it is aluminium tape wrapped around an aluminium tube.

Stays VERY cool no matter what the underhood temps are.

I'm working on a REAL CAI.

I did the whole thing for uder 10 bucks (all I had that day).

So you'll have to forgive the uglyness for now....

I'm just surprised the setup has never thrown a code at me.....

test,
