Jon89le
So today i finally decided to change to my new motor and tranny mounts which ive had sitting for about 2weeks. What a pain in the neck! Damn passenger side kicked my rear. After about 3 and a half hours both sides were done though. So after hoping this would fix my thunking problem and horrible engine movement, i touch the rear engine cradle bushing on the drivers side and its loose as a mofo! The bolt would turn a small amount but i couldnt get it any tighter. Could it be that the bushing just got flattened out from it being so loose? How do those bolts come out also? The nut that they tighten into, is it a nut that comes out or a stationary thing thats welded to the frame? Thanks for any help.
Gearhead43
Your talking about the lower tranny mount? It could be that the stud is completely loose inside the mount itself... You might need to cut that stud off after the nut so it can be removed....
Jon89le
Hey buddy, ya lost me. I had the problem with the engine cradle bolt not the mount.
mihela816
it's folded into the frame. Its possible that the bolt got stripped, they are torqued down to like 180 ft/lbs.

Jon89le
So are the nuts stationary or do they come out like a regular nut?
