test4echo
92, 3.4L I just took my plug wires off and noticed one of my plug wires was sitting against my secondary rad fan. I also noticed the fan did indeed come on at some point and sliced that plug wire. I can see the core it was cut so deep. Now, I've checked around everywhere for new plug wires and there all special order. I'd like to do it today if possible, not wait for 3 days. I noticed some guys using ACCEL plugs wires. My question is, Can I use Accel universal fit plug wires on my 3.4? If so, which model or type do I get? Canadaian tire has like 30 different brands of ACCEL universal plug wires, I'm not sure which ones to get. Thanks, test,
White93z34
if you can stop by the junkyard and get a junkyard one, then wait till some good wires come in, i'm not familiar with canadian tire but if you can buy one that has the strange plastic end that the 3.4 needs i'd say go for it untill you can get a new set
test4echo
Ok, finally found a new set for my car. Pretty cheap. So I pull them out of the box. Something doesn't look quite right... I think the back 3 plug wires look ok. But the front 3 definetly don't look right. Am I crazy? Or did they put 2 sets of back plug wires in the box instead of 3 back 3 front? test,

I bought the cheapest set of wires I could find.....$35 for a set at O'Reily's......shitty, yes.....but better than what was on it.
test4echo
For comparison's sake, ( I know you all love pics...hehe) Proper front plug boot. Heres a shot of my oil problem: And here is the reason for the plug wire replacement: So, there you have it. Incompetent bastards. All i can say. test4echo
Took them back. Got the right ones. Case closed. And yes, somehow they put 6 rear plug wires in the same box instead of 3 and 3. Now I'm scared to use the new ones. If a company can miss something like that, what kind of care do they put into making thier plug wires? Ahhhh.... test,
