Brian P Posted July 16, 2004 Report Share Posted July 16, 2004 Canister purge solenoid. Look on the back of the plenum for a little black box with a red/blue 3 wire harness attached to it. cutty Posted July 19, 2004 Author Report Share Posted July 19, 2004 ok well i still can figure out where it goes, there is a hose connected where brian said so i have no clue and it must have been sitting like this for awhile now..and when the car is running it doesnt sound like there is air or anything coming out of it. Brian P Posted July 20, 2004 Report Share Posted July 20, 2004 well did you locate the canister purge solenoid? It has two ports- one for the big vacuum line that goes from it to the throttle body (the 3 vac lines going to the TB- follow the FATTEST one) there should be another port right next to it- that's where this other tube is supposed to go.
