I know its the bracket for the ALDL connector, but I dont know how those bottom 2 holes connect to the dash. They are threaded and the holes in the dash are not, but I can't imagine having the bolts come from up above and go through...I would remember going through that crap. Can someone check and see if the bolts do go through from the bottom, and if there is something on the dash like a clip that it actually goes to. I can get you a picture of the top side of that tomorrow afternoon if you still can't figure it out, my friend is borrowing the 93 at the moment and is at work since his car is down for mods.
