GnatGoSplat
Well, he can be kind of eccentric. You might bug him on AIM or Windows Messenger. I know he uses those. Sometimes he goes by okidedrak, sometimes okidedrac.

old_olds
is this of the same style you are talking of?http://www.chicayne.com/ Chicayne RULES!> I love that car! That would be a 'yes', I suppose.. or mayb one of these 2http://www.popularhotrodding.com/features/0406phr_owen/ http://www.popularhotrodding.com/features/0407phr_chevelle/ Monty Saw those (I get PHR in the dead tree edition.) The Camaro is a definite yes - that thing is awesome. A bit too stripped for race, but that's the direction I want to go. Nice thing is that I can fit HUGE tires under my Cutlass - it has larger fenderwells than a comparable Chevelle, due to the styling. The Chevelle is trick, but I hate the dubs on it. I like low-profile tires, but I absolutely hate the gigantic wheel/no tire thing that's prevelant (especially on SUVs and trucks) nowadays. I prefer a much lower bling-factor. Other than that... I actually like the design of the wheels, I just don't like that big-ass back wheel. Looks silly, unbalanced.
musthavemuzk
i second the love for chicayne i am tossed on big wheels. while they may look trick and all...i would more than likely hate the rough ride they presented not to mention the price of wheels and tires. since i tend to drive alot was basically getting some more info with the examples. old_olds
Mark Stielow's "Malitude" '64 Malibu project currently under way in PHR is another example. Twin-turbo EFI, upgraded everything. The stock bumper modified to let the intercooler breathe is a masterpiece. I can only find the first article online, but it's been in the mag every month since. They covered wiring install this month. http://www.popularhotrodding.com/tech/0312phr_stielow/index.html Nifty article on keeping that old pro-touring quiet this month, too: http://www.popularhotrodding.com/tech/0804phr_quiet/
