Guest Anonymous Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 Im noticing the 92 GP has trouble starting up. When I turn the key it keeps trying to turn over until it does. Is this bad spark plugs or a starter? Can I fix it myself? Quote
White93z34 Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 i'd guess that the plugs / wires have seen better days, also might want to run a bottle of injector cleaner through Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 Thats what I figured. I tried starting it at the storage place and it was giving me a hhard time. I drove iit around about 5 miles and it ran pretty good considering its history. Nice car tho. The starting just worried me, iit may b on its original sparkplugs. Quote
White93z34 Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 thats probably all it is then, from what i understand the 3.4 is prety hard on spark plugs Quote

White93z34 Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 personally i love my 3.4, its just a slightly more difficult engine to work on. if you figgure out how to do matniance yourself you save big time and only cost yourself time. Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 I wish I knew engines better but Its not the case. I should really learn one of these days. Quote
