Can someone please give me more information on this please? Cause he was speaking quiet and I had to say "What?" a few times and it got on my nerves cause I am pissed about ... or was ... If its something thats worth doing myself ... for gods sake tell me ... if its a long haul ... or w/e ... i just want some information pertaining to it ... he did say it was a slow leak so i'm not that worried about it ... at least for now anyway Quote

digitaloutsider Posted July 9, 2004 Report Posted July 9, 2004 Most likely the Oil pump O-ring. $3 part at most dealers. From what I understand, it's a bit more difficult on the 3100's vs. the 3.1's. I'd ask Heza. He's done it, I believe. It may be a slow leak now, but once that bastard finally goes.. :shock: Quote

digitaloutsider Posted July 9, 2004 Report Posted July 9, 2004 It's a 30 minute to an hour job on the 3.1. On the 3100 you have to remove the intake plenum and more shit if I remember correctly. Hopefully a 3100 owner will come along here and shed some light on this. Quote
