is your PCV valve connected? is the PCV hose ok? i had a catch can on my PCV valve for awhile, and i could smell oil coming from the vents whenever i had the windows open.

i only smell it really with my windows closed ...

i've replaced a bung load of shit

general tune up ... and a few other things like maf, map, and a few other sensors ... i think my engine is just so damn dirty that it needs some attention ... honestly :P

i posted a thread about washing my motor figuring it could help other people cause i've done it once and ... good god ... it sparked at me! lol

still runs which is a good thing

Check the 'T' where the breather lines come together behind the rear head. Mine cracked the one time and I had the damn oil smell until I tracked it down. The PCV line goes to it along with the valve cover breather lines and then it plugs into the intake rubber inlet.

This pertains to the LQ-1 motor, 92 model.
