GnatGoSplat Posted July 6, 2004 Report Posted July 6, 2004 Anyone have a sideview pic of a rear spring out of the car? Quote
GnatGoSplat Posted July 6, 2004 Author Report Posted July 6, 2004 That's a cute picture of the kid holding the spring, the look on his face is priceless! That's pretty close to what I'm wanting, but what I'm really after is to see how much arc there is between the 2 rubber inner blocks. If the spring were to be laid on the floor upside-down, would the 2 blocks touch the ground, or is the spring curved so much that only 1 block can touch the ground at a time? It's almost looking like it's curved too much. I'm trying to think of a good cheap way to lower the car without messing up handling characteristics. Quote
MommyTaz022200 Posted July 6, 2004 Report Posted July 6, 2004 This better? The kid is my son. He's an awesome helper for a 4 year old. Quote
GnatGoSplat Posted July 6, 2004 Author Report Posted July 6, 2004 Perfect pics! Yet, a bit discouraging. I may just have to drop $300 on a Flex-A-Form spring and get real pissed if it doesn't match my ST front springs in height. Yeah, I figured he was your son, your name here being "MommyTaz" and all. He's adorable! Quote
