lights dimming

all of the lights in my car dimm when i hit the brakes including the headlights its not really bad but its noticable....and my battery is not even 3 months old yet alt has been replaced be4 but i dont know how long ago

go to autozone and have them check the alternator

Check your connections at the alt and battery to see if they're tight. Also, check your grounds in the engine bay and clean any that are dirty/corroded.

And have them check the battery as well. I've had nearly new batteries go bad.

I'd have the ICM and coilpacks checked. I noticed when my coilpacks needed replacing my alternator wouldn't charge properly. I also had that same problem before I replaced my alternator.

i have a icm and coils i just got from a yard i gonna swap them and see if it helps

I had the same problem on my old Lum, I replaced the battery and the problem went away. It was last winter that this happened.

Check your negative battery cable. Especially the joint to the chassis under the battery tray.
