90TGP Posted June 21, 2004 Report Posted June 21, 2004 Went to a local cruise-in on Sunday. A guy that has a car website was taking pictures of the cars and got a couple of my TGP. I hope these links work. http://www.importfx.net/albums/album73/img_0224_002.jpg My triple gauge pod http://www.importfx.net/albums/album73/img_0227_002.jpg Quote
cutlsp Posted June 21, 2004 Report Posted June 21, 2004 2 questions what rims are those? and how hard was the triple gauge pod to make? Quote
90TGP Posted June 21, 2004 Author Report Posted June 21, 2004 Wheels: RS Limited: Concept Pro 17x7" in gunmetal with polished lip. Pod:I didn't make it. I bought it from club member eclipse5302. Quote
Cornerdealy Posted June 21, 2004 Report Posted June 21, 2004 Wheels: RS Limited: Concept Pro 17x7" in gunmetal with polished lip. do they fit right in or do you need spacers or anything, I've beens seriously considering gunmetal rims Quote
jeremy Posted June 21, 2004 Report Posted June 21, 2004 looks good, but I think that the rims are "tucked in" to the wells too much, I would have gotten a different offset.....car looks really good though... Quote
cutlsp Posted June 21, 2004 Report Posted June 21, 2004 gun metal rims are the only ones i'm going to buy. i was thinking since my black cutlass is getting a L67 swap. i might as well have every gauge i can have installed in it. so i can protect the motor and tranny from sever damage when i drag race that sucker Quote
loominaz34 Posted June 21, 2004 Report Posted June 21, 2004 damn, that loopks brand new. Quote
z34_nut Posted June 21, 2004 Report Posted June 21, 2004 ENVY ENVY ENVY ENVY shit did i say envy????? i love TGP's and yours made me cream my pants.... Quote
Euro Posted June 21, 2004 Report Posted June 21, 2004 thats a gorgeous car! was it a majority of imports at the show? come to think of it, the only TGP ive seen around here has been a black one at a junkyard Quote
90TGP Posted June 21, 2004 Author Report Posted June 21, 2004 cornerdealy: I need to use a 5/16" spacer [widest you can go before needing longer studs] on all four because the wheels' offset was 43mm. I can squeeze a peice of paper between the spokes and front calipers  thanks guys. eurosport94: It was a pretty good mix of imports, domestics, and mini trucks. Quote
Dannymik Posted June 22, 2004 Report Posted June 22, 2004 TGP is looking very good! I like gunmetal rims on the red TGP's....better than the gold rims! Quote
mfewtrail Posted June 22, 2004 Report Posted June 22, 2004 Looks great! EurosportZ34 Posted June 22, 2004 Report Posted June 22, 2004 That car should be parked in my driveway next to my Z34! Hahaha..nice looking car man...I love it totally! Quote
90TGP Posted June 22, 2004 Author Report Posted June 22, 2004 It isn't for sale, at least not right now. I was just trying to get rid of some carparts. Quote
ThunderBat Posted June 22, 2004 Report Posted June 22, 2004 awesome lookin ride...nice to see something rare still get a little mod work done to it...I respect the whole resto thing, but the personalized cars are the ones I really like...I went to a show at Sully Plantation in Chantilly VA this past weekend and wow!...there were some awesome and rare musclecars (I have to keep reminding myself that most of the older musclecars are antiques now!)
