I found one pulled off of a GT, and it has all the tubing and the airbox even. Would this work or no? I'm looking for a cheap alternative to a CAI for the moment. WhiteOut Posted June 14, 2004 Report Share Posted June 14, 2004 It would certainly be worth a try. There should be enough room to mount the air box and all under the hood of a 3.1 car. Where your going to get air from though is another matter. But if you can pick it up cheap give it a shot. If it doesn't work, send it my way!!! Your right though, getting the air might be tricky, but I can open up a little gap through the "grille" in my car (I guess you could call that plastic mesh shit a grille).
