cryptnix
Would this cause hesitation on warm days? I've replaced the coils, plugs, wires, MAP, MAF sensor, and a few other little things ...

cryptnix
during the winter i'll start her up and she'll rev all the way to 3000 rpm without me giving her gas... this i assume is related to the throttle posistioning sensor or ... would this also cause my problem with the car feeling somewhat "under a load" ... like a hesitent feeling when trying to get up to speed on mild humid/hot days ? needless to mention ... if its the TPS ... I'll replace it ... but if the EGR shit is messed... i'm deffinently just gonna live with it and continue on saving for my 3800 SC swap ... DiscoStudd
Is there a spot in the throttle where the car hesitates, like if you press down to a certain level it pauses? If you don't notice any hesitation or stalling when you're just parked and idling, then it's definitely the TPS.
fathead45
check my carodomain fathead45 and it will tell you how to clean your egr and test it to see if it is bad. if it is, just goto the junkyard and pick up a digital one off any 3.1 or 3.4 DOHC with a digital egr.
