well my friend bill blew up his L67 and 4t60e-hd awhile back we finally droped the engine out of it today heres pics from the aftermath

How did your friend manage to kill the motor? Was it modded a lot or did he just drive the piss out of it? By the way, that's a flexplate(auto), not a flywheel(manual).

fixed the post :P

 

anyhow, yes the engine was prety moded. anyhow apparently the torque converter broke and the engine over reved and blew it up, that and he sorta drives like an idiot :lol:

need any parts? I've got a 2002 L67 with 1 burned piston. still has a few good parts on it. Very low miles less than 1000 kilometers, dumbass muffler shop put on a wrong converter and screwed the backpressure, causing a severly lean condition.
