Ramma2
I'm doing some speaker work, and for easiest removal of the rear 6x9s my manual calls for the removal of the rear trim piece. I have a 95 olds cutlass, anyone attempt this before? Both rear seatbelts travel through the piece. Are there mounting screws somewhere, or should I be able to just pry it up and slide it along the seatbelts? Thanks for the info

ismellrealbad
all i know is remvoing that thing in my car is a royal pain in the ass. to take it off you need to take the top backseat cousin out, to take that out u need to take the backseat bottom coushin out, and then to pull the deck off i need to pop yet more clips and then pop off the plastic panels covering the pillars. i cant get to the speaker screws by just removing the grill. they are oddly placed
Ramma2
Sorry for the delay. Its a 4 door, and I got it out last night. Thankfully didn't have to take the seats out. Was able to pull it up and out (its pretty flexible) then pop out the 2 plastic tacks and that was it. Pretty easy once I started poking around.
