I happended to notice the last time i changed my plugs that one of the plugs had a far amont of white ash crud caked on it. I wonder why ??

"These are light-brownish deposits that are encrusted to the ground and/or center electrode(s). This situation is caused by oil and/or fuel additives. This condition can cause misfires."

"The cure for this is to verify worn valve guides or valve seals, not using fuel additives, or you might even try changing fuel brands. By the way, a hotter plug is what most people try to fix this problem. You need to first understand that the plug is NOT typically the problem."

Got that from http://www.centuryperformance.com. Maybe that will help.

I had the book once before and my ex threw it away. When I bought a new one I noticed it actually had a little Turbo info in it. The other one didn't. I also have one for my '87 Buick Somerset.

I hate cats so I replaced my with a mouse? My ass dyno, which by the way has tolerances of +/- 3 HP, showed a 46 HP gain. May need to zero my ass dyno soon.
