Psych0matt Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 This is for the convertible owners (or anyone who might be able to help) Here's my problem: The back glass window on my '94 pulled apart from the canvas, and as you know all to well, it's a tight stretch. I've tried some epoxy, but that failed mostly because I didn't have enough. Right now it's in the process of fully curing and hopefully it will hold. I used almost a whole tube so it better at least for a while. So I guess what I'm trying to figure out is if anyone else has had this problem and what they might have done to remedy it. I'll try and let all of you guys know how it turns out here in a few days. :? Quote
GnatGoSplat Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 Mine has come off in spots. I think what you need is urethane, it's stronger and more flexible than epoxy. I could be wrong, but I think that's what was originally used to attach the rear window to begin with. Quote
