I know that the blower fan is under the dash on the W's, so my question is are you able to remove the fan only and stick your hand thru to the back of the evap core where it's dirty? Reason I'm asking is cause the evap core plugged up (like yours) all the time on my wife's old Cavalier, and with the fan underhood, all I had to do to reach the back of the evap core was to remove the fan and reach in with a can of solvent and a toothbrush to clean it out (once a year...) Seeing as yours plugged up, I'm betting I'm going to have the same problem on my 2 W's someday. I'd much rather snake my hand in thru the fan opening, if it's possible, than remove the whole assembly...

Dang, that's nasty! :) I guess that's why it rots when I turn on my AC sometimes. I'd definitely get under there and clean that thing, but I don't want to mess with the AC system.
