MommyTaz022200 Posted May 19, 2004 Report Share Posted May 19, 2004 I was thinking since it seems to be somewhat difficult to find parts for our cars in some areas if we each took a little time to copy down the phone numbers and addresses of the junk yards in our local phone books we might be able to find parts easier. If the junk yard don't ship parts maybe someone in that area could pick up the parts and ship them. I search for parts using car-part, that way I know whether or not a yard has the part I need. I think most, if not all, of the yards I frequent are in car-part.com's database (except for the "U-Pull" yard.) Car-part is nation-wide, btw. If I typed out all the yards around the Twin Cities, I'd have carpal tunnel syndrome by the time I got done! I think the guys from around here know what I mean...
