sdwhite
Hello all- Got a good deal on a sweet set of fog lamps for my '93 Cutlass Supreme. Seems pretty easy to install except for getting the wire through the firewall. Is there an existing hole somewhere I can use or must I drill one of my own. If i've got to drill where would be the best place? Thanks Scott White 93 Cutlass Supreme 86 Cutlass Supreme 70 Cutlass Supreme 55 "Super"
DiscoStudd
Look to the right of the master cylinder. There's a large rubber plug (about 1 1/4" in dia.) blocking a hole where the clutch master cylinder goes thru on the MT cars. Drill a hole thru that and poke a good length of solid core wire thru and tape your wires onto that. Pull the solid wire thru and viola! Here's a pic. I ran my 4 ga. amp wire and wire for my remote radar detector thru the plug.
digitaloutsider
You don't have to drill holes anywhere. Let me go take a picture in a while. Eating right now.
digitaloutsider
Okay, it isn't as neat as DiscoStudd's, but it still gets the job done a whoel lot easier.
