amcjrb
My 1989 Grand Prix continues to infuriate. The gauge cluster is funny. The tach is dead, the speedo always reads 0, the turn signal indicaters dont work, the fuel gauge either reads full or empty (i cant tell). All the digital stuff lights up, but doesnt work. Oil pressure gauge pegged on high. The indicator lights all work. The high beam indicator works. the voltage gauge works. even the dead stuff lights up, but doesnt work. I have the 88 TSM and have done some troubleshooting. All fuses are good. I will check the grounds. For whats its worth, the tach had been intermittent, now its dead. Seems strange that something as simples as the turn sigmnal indicators are dead?? ANy suggestions? Some stuff works, some doesn. I just bough t this car and so far, no good. Most gauges were wroking wehn I test drove it, but dead now. Jim B
