I've got a buddy that sells similar things like that on ebay. A 2 cent resistor from Radio Shack seems to make people believe it'll give them 20hp. He buys the resistors for less than a penny, and sells them for 20 bucks. The funny thing is, people write back and tell him how much of an increase they saw.
