3.1 to 3.4/5speed and y99 supen package

I have a 93 grand prix. the 3.1 has 175000 miles on it but it still runs strong but i wont more power. Could i take the 3.4 out of the like 96 grand prix and put it into my car with a 5speed from a differnt grand prix. Cuz mines a 3 speed auto and i hate it. What would need to be done like modifing or would it all directly bolt on. O and can i buy the y99 package for my car. O and yes im new to w-body. Name is jake.
