DiscoStudd Posted April 24, 2004 Report Share Posted April 24, 2004 Could that possibly be the wire that you use to power up the fuel pump when testing it? I remember my old Cav had one hanging out of the wiring harness near the firewall. It bypassed the FP relay and applied voltage to the pump directly when you connected a jumper wire from it to the pos terminal of da battery...
