LOL - I figured I was annoying enough that you all would cheer me off! Guess I'll have to work harder at it...

No, you're fucking staying here. Dark side or not, you're one of us.

:werd:

I'll be on the dark side once I get a job and it'll be GTP time

I might be selling my GP and getting a 97+ GTP if i have another problem with this car.

I've been saving up lots of the money I earned working last year. Put them in savings bonds (that I can take out when I need to  ) it's all in the car fund. I could easily pay for the majority of a 99ish GTP, but I still need a job.

I decided to screw the STE

:nono:

Hey, I know. I had to, though. I couldn't get the space to work on it. I really wanted that car. If you can put up $350 and tow it somewhere you might be able to get it.

1/5 of the time i have had this car it has been in a shop getting worked on so it is just really old now and that is why i want a diffrent car.

Fuck it. :cuss: My dad decided he didn't want me getting in on a loan for longer than he thinks the car is going to last. So plan on me getting a '93 Grand Prix instead... if I like it.

Stay tuned.

Don't get a 97 if u can, they have alot of "first year" problems. Somewhere i think there was a list of them. My friend has a 97 and his headlights leak, he gets frosted windows-ON THE INSIDE, had his HUD go out, and has had alot of electrical problems. Just my advice.

I wouldn't ever get any first year cars. I'd rather pick one up thats been around for a few years, had most of the potential bugs worked out.

At least pick out a 94-96 with a 3100, extra power. 8)

I say go for a newer prix as well. If your having too many problems with your current one, then you might want to avoid any that have the DOHC(sorry 3.4 people).

It's a '93 Grand Prix SE, with the 3.1. Dual exhaust, it sounds sexy. I like it, quite a bit. It's definitely nice, clean, the engine looks pristine. Friday we're going to look at it some more. It's a pretty bare SE, though. No steering wheel controls (not that it matters, it's got an Aiwa HU put in) and it's got no trunk release or gas cover release. It's got alloys, with ABS though. It'll be a little upgrade over my shitty LE. I'll keep you posted, if anyone really cares, lol.

like i said, do the best with what you have. you think my car never breaks? i've spent many a cold day laying in the snow with a wrench frozen to my hand, swapping out a part that never should have failed in the first place. but, after a while i stopped bitching about it because i realized that whining wasn't going to make it any better. your car looks really nice, you should be happy with what you have. you know, many people don't have cars, and some of us bitch about the cars we have.

has your car had 2 engine swaps in less then 9 months? I like my car and if i don't have any major problems between now and when we start looking for a car i'm not going to sell it most likely. I like the way my car look also and because no one in my school has a car with the B4U package (i think it is B4U)
