a performance cam won't have a smooth idle, a smooth idling cam won't make power

you can't have it both ways

what does it do at 3500?

All those numbers mean the following:

intake lift @ valve: .420"

exhaust lift @ valve: .443"

(these are calculated with a 1.5 rocker ratio)

Intake duration @ .050": 204 degrees

Exhaust duration @ .050": 214 degrees

Advertised intake duration: 278 degrees

Advertised exhaust duration: 288 degrees

Intake lift at cam lobe: .280"

Exhaust lift at cam lobe: .295"
