Pogo420 Posted March 31, 2004 Report Share Posted March 31, 2004 i got Grand Prix 1988 2.8 that is finally on its way out, i've found a 3.1 thats in a 1990 lumina, does anyone know if i'll have any probs swaping them? from wireing to mounting to anything different chevy might of done or ponitac...thanks for any help from anyone!! MaroonRegal Posted March 31, 2004 Report Share Posted March 31, 2004 It won't be too difficult a swap. I'm sure there are several people on this board who've done it and can walk you through it. Jeorge Posted March 31, 2004 Report Share Posted March 31, 2004 if you need I have the computer from a 92 GP with the 3.1L I can give to you cheap REAL Cheap....worked great in the car untill Fuel pump went then the motor was Dropped into a 92 Lumina.
