Justin
I picked up an LED 3rd brake light from a late 90's S-Blazer, a roof mount one, and stuck it inside my CS. Talk about an easy install, it just barely covers a little bit of the vents on the rear package shelf (CS owners will know what I'm talking about) so I didn't even have any problems running wires. I didn't have a 3rd brake light after I removed my luggage rack, and since the wires were already there I thought I'd make use of them. I think it turned out pretty decent. I have yet to mount it securely, it's just wedged in there between the glass and shelf, but I was thinking I'd either just leave it like that or if it moved I'd put a few small strips of velcro on the bottom to hold it there. Just sharing some ideas, it's a pretty cheap and easy mod that really stands out at night.

Justin
It's not quite the same as the glass, but it's close enough for me I guess. I'll get some daytime pics of it to show you what it came out like.
