SmokesGTP
I've been trying to get my booster hose off for a while but it feels like if I give it a good pull it will tear off that small piece it's attached to on the booster itself. Will the piece come off If I give it a tug? Could I also run the cleaner in the pcv line? It has to be a vaccuum line that hits all the cylinders so idk. mfewtrail
Why don't you use the vac lines going into the throttle body, just get a plastic vacuum "t" and some extra hose to run into the cannister.
gp90se
Spray a little WD-40 or PB breakfast with the hose and spray the edge of the hose so the fluid can break that shit up and pop the hose off. I personally would do 1/2 a can thru the brake hose and 1/2 thru the PCV valve. get as much of the carbon crap outta there as ya can. If ya feelin adventourous, yank the EGR valve and clean the hard carbon off and spray it with sum intake cleaner. -Jeff
Slade901
Twist left and right while pulling the brake booster hose. A couple re-try should do it.
