phantomshado Posted March 6, 2004 Report Share Posted March 6, 2004 Like the title says. My trunk lid tumbler is fucked. I can't get into my trunk, I do not have a trunk release or fold down seats. I had just moved when I wrecked the car, so I had a bunch of stuff in the trunk. 'Home' was a good 3 hours away from my new place, so I needed the stuff out of there ASAP. phantomshado Posted March 8, 2004 Author Report Share Posted March 8, 2004 Solution to this... 1 high speed drill 1 3/8" drill bit lots of swearing 1 new tumbler I drilled out the tumbler and opened it with a screwdriver. then I removed the old lock and tossed the new lock in.
