EsCo Posted February 24, 2004 Report Share Posted February 24, 2004 In my '94 Lumina I have bench seats with a column shifter. My driver seat is kinda shot as far as comfort goes. I'm planning on swapping some bucket seats in from another W-Body. My question is what would i do with the space between the seat where the middle console would go? I want to keep it column shift too. I was thinking that i could just modify a console from the car i got the seats from. Z34door Posted February 25, 2004 Report Share Posted February 25, 2004 its really easy.......... you pull the steering wheel and its 2 torx bolts and the whole shifter comes out........... one cable to the tranny and its done...... the thing with consoles on 1st gen luminas is that the front of the console is held in by the shifter Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
