These are drivers that are state certified for the extensive driving techniques that they learned through a course or through GM themselves. What I mean by techniques is stability, apexing, and SHIFTING techniques. They also know how to control out-of-control situations to lessen or avoid potentially dangerous situations. FYI Quote
