Redfox340
Could be something as low brake fluid in the Master Cylinder... Or a problem with one of the ABS wheel sensors or even the pump. Since you have OBDII, have the system scanned since it'll tell you what the issue is. You'll most likely need to hit up a brake specialist or the dealership for a Scan-1 Tool. - Erik
wall_eye44
thanks man, got another question, wondering about the governer. wanting to take it out. any ideas or is it going to cost an arm and a leg.
Redfox340
On OBDII, it's not possible. Since no one re-flashes ECM's / PCM's, you're pretty much stuck. You could 'trick' the ECM with somehow hot-wiring the Transmission Neutral Switch, but it's not suggested. - Erik

wall_eye44
I want to turbo it. I will need a new tranny, I know that, but was just wondering around how much it will cost.
