Major Maintenance about to be done...

I'm about to perform some major maintenance to my car and I've got some questions about my DOHC. Here's the list of whats gonna get done.

1. Pull upper intake, new gasket

2. Check for bad vacuum lines/leaks

3. 6 new spark plugs and wires

4. New PCV valve

5. Clean cooling system

6. New Thermostat

7. Reseal exhaust system firewall forward

8. New Dogbone mount

9. Change Oil

I am positive I can do all of the above except I'm a little unsure about the exhaust. All the seals and gaskets leak. I want to pull everything except the actual main pipe under the car. I thing once the upper intake is removed and if I pull the radiator fans, it should be pretty straight forward. Has anyone done this before? Any advice? Thanks in advance.

about several weeks ago i did the following:

1. Pulled plenum

2. changed upper intake gasket

3. changed 02 sensor (PAIN IN THE ASS :cuss: )

4. Changed coolant temperature sensor

5. changed plug wires/sealed broken and burnt harness wires aroudn the engine bay)

6. changed almost all the vacuum lines

its fairly straight forward and simple. on the intake gasket, becareful you dont make the mistake i did and drop one of those lower-to-upper intake gasket metal holder thingy's into the lower intake which falls into the heads...i was lucky i finished it out wit a wire i made into a minihook

About the resealing exhaust system, i heard its pretty tough to remove the manifolds on the front and i believe you have to remove the rear head to access the rear manifolds, though i also remember you can access them from the botom of the car....someone tag me cuz i dont knmow!
