I managed to get the car registered and get license plates the 1st time around but now that its way past its renewal date, what can i do to prove the car belongs to me under the 1st lien holder statement originally on the paper and how can I renew my license plates? I got a ticket for expired license plates on the 8/03 so you can see im driving with a warrrant for my arrest so any and all help would be appreciated!! p.s.- would a carfax report show the change of ownership?
