conley3.1
Can i replace my TV cable as an entire unit? The casing that goes by the exhaust manifold broke off, and the cable broke loose.

conley3.1
Haha... no, i meant the throttle valve cable. It controls when the tranny shifts, according to throttle input...
GnatGoSplat
Yes, I think it's only sold as a completely assembly. I'm not sure I can visualize which part broke off, but if it's part of the TV cable, I think the new one will have it on there. I had to replace it on my TGP (melted), and the new one was complete. dkorinko
Make sure that u get the right one...I have heard of a few cases where the dealer gives someone a similar part but its not exactly right and u can really fuck with ur tranny! conley3.1
Alright, thanks. Is it relatively simple to replace? And, Gnat, how much did you pay for it?
GnatGoSplat
Yeah, it's pretty easy to replace. I think it was around $30? I can't remember exactly, but it was kind of expensive like that.
