3.4L DOHC headers!!

Those things are the worst possible design for headers. It's basically just a glorified manifold. The primaries are 2" in diameter and only 15" long. GOOD BYE LOWEND (or ANY usable RPM powerband range for that matter). I pity the fools who buy those.

Im not worried about those headers as any sort of competition from what I or a few others will be developing. They are cheap, thats about all I will say for them.

No matter what other people say, there better than what is being produced right now. I know Vegeta that there are a ton better designs that that, but right now its better than nothing. As for everyone else, give them credit for making some.

yup, they are better than stock, but I can only hope he makes some critical changes to the current design. I have given my input, so wait and see what the final outcome is. A better design wont fit easily, and they wont be cheap.

I think those would actually be half way decent if the primaries were just made with smaller piping. 1-5/8" or 1-3/4" MAX and they would be a lot better for an auto/mainly stock car. :)

Anyone mind explaining to an amatuer why those are no good? I think I see why it takes away a lot of low end, but why isn't it any good in the high revs?

The primaries are WAY TOO BIG. Big primaries are good for topend, but those are OVERKILL. The motor doesn't have enough output to use those big of pipes well. (At least thats what it seems like to me)

1.5" -1.75" primaries would have been a pretty good choice. I'm using a little bit smaller than 1.5" on my headers that I'm making.
