well, the kid that I just bought a car from was doing a 100 shot for about a week on a 3100 with about 130,000 miles, and it exploded really fast. As long as you do a reasonably low shot, like 30 or 50, SPARINGLY, there shouldn't be a problem, but before you go that route, beef up your internals, make sure that there aren't any real problems with the car, and tune it up.

as suggested above, use a moderate sized shot(I wouldn't do more than a 50 personally) on a well-maintained engine(better to start when the engine doesn't have so many miles on it, I wouldn't want to try my luck on lets say a 3100 w/ 180,000 miles on it if you know what I mean.

Nitrous is like a hot chick with an S.T.D., everyone wants to hit it but they are afraid of the consequences!

I wouldn't use it at all, I'm sure your could use other better safer alternatives in the same price range, I mean sure the alternatives will not do as much, but you will be happier in the long run if u plan on keeping it
