conley3.1 Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 I found yesterday that a cable on my car, near the exhaust crossover pipe, that goes to the tranny bell housing, has detached itself from where it goes, and the heat shield has broken off of the bell housing. here's a picture. I thought it was the shift cable, but the car still shifts. What the hell is it and how can i fix it? I couldn't get the little eyehole thingy out of the heat shield to reattach it. Quote
