rudefyet
sorry...my best guess is oil...i've seen some weird looking oil coming out of a nissan with a blown head gasket...and besides that seems to be what our cars leak best...don't rule anything else out though...check and see what it looks like when its dry

joey b
if it's on the pass side I'd say scratch the barr's leak in your engine unless you want to replace that next.

Pogo420
my car had the same white leak in the last couple weeks. i have all my fluids leaking quite literally! buts its cleared up since fixing waterpump and powersteering pump, both were leaking a bit, but still gotta fix tranz pan leak and oil leak, and tranz line leak, and then all the mystery onez!! cutlsp
good news not only were those fuckers over filling it they were using the wrong size oil filter too damn basterds i can't decide what to do but the good news is the car is not leaking anymore oil i'm gonna send their freakin post card back and write on it i will never take my cars back to you ever again so just remove me from your mailing list. the important thing is its fixed all except for a minor powersteering leak :? Guest Gp crazy
look at the coolant lines they run on the passenger side. it may be one of the steel/tin lines that GM put there :dammit: it may have rusted out from the in side out or out side in :bawl: depends where you live if you live in up state ny most likely out side in . just a thought 8) good luck
joey b
if the filter is larger then don't worry about it. Many oil change places will only stock the larger since they are interchangable. A larger filter won't hurt anything.
excelsior
i had this problem on my old car....what happened was the oil and other fluids mixed somehow (forget which ones altho i want to say tranny fluid even tho this doesnt make sense)
mfewtrail
I've seen some brands of ps fluid that are milky white in color..check the ps lines and the reservoir/pump and see if you see any leaks..if the lines aren't tight enough running into/out of the pump, it will leak fluid, the fluid will run down the ps lines and drip down about inline w/ the rear of the engine on the passenger side(from what I've seen..my lines were loose so a little fluid leaked out)
Lee
The wife's Intrepid left a 4 foot long, 8 inch wide drip down the driveway awhile back. It was an amber fluid that I just couldn't figure out. It matched nothing. Finally I decided it must be a ruptured fluid filled motor mount. Still haven't checked it out. I really aught to. Runs and rides as fine as ever.
Pogo420
power steering fluid or tranz fluid mixed with anitfreeze usually from the waterpump and power steering pump or powersteering lines when on the passenger side
