5speedz34
Yeah, but the pace car beretta had the 3.4 pushrod with the 220 hp. So what is all this talk about 3.1's?
joey b
just cause it has 3.1 heads doesn't mean that the engine is 3.1.
Vegeta
considering its a 60V6 pushrod aluminum block with gen 2 aluminum heads, its very much similar to 2.8/3.1 folks on this board. If it were to be directed at 3.4 aluminum head gen 2 pushrod owners...no one would care cause no one has one from the factory. That setup would work on a 3.1, so thats what all this talk is for 3.1 owners.
Intlcutlass
Yeah, but the pace car beretta had the 3.4 pushrod with the 220 hp. So what is all this talk about 3.1's? Maybe the original pace car had a 3.4 , but I had a freind who had a 1990 green pace car...and it was only a 3.1. no flame intended here.... no1kicker
Looks nice. I like the look of the L98, which is the 350 tpi. However that motor has awesome torque but runs out of air at high rpm.
