hehe, got a little creative while changing my car's oil and so i created the CONE-in-Box © from TMPerformance ®....

 

well thats my company, but anywayz here it is! Let me know the good the bad and TeH UlGy!

the upper half of the box is bolted down to the lower half thru the stock screws....

i cut the rear part of the upper portion of the airbox...inside the airbox sits my cone filter....the whole assembly acts like a heat shield....you know???

ah ha, but what about the little snorkel on the front of the airbox, did you get rid of that too, cuz that like defeats the purpose of the cone.

Yes it is, and it's molded in black plastic.

I used a circular grinder to cut the rear portion of the airbox...so far its worked good but i wont know until i run the crap out of her...hehe
