digitaloutsider
Hey guys, I'm installing a new water pump in my '99 Montana (3400 V6, same as in the Grand Am). However, I can't find anything to help me figure out how to prime it before installation. I don't want to destroy a brand new pump and/or hurt my cooling system. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks guys.
PaPaPooh
look for an air bleed screw crack that open and add antifreeze or water to the top of raidator then start the car keep adding untill full all air should be out and you are good to go IIRC the fluid goes to the pump first before it goes in the block good luck
