Check out MYMONTE.com. there are the same as a Monte Carlo LS. if you want to fix the suspention up there are a few things you can do. * Z34/LTZ front and rear swaybar (F41 suspention package) (larger then the LS cars) Polly bushings also help and are cheap * Strut tower bars (buick Fbar, RSMracing.com, Heldmotorsport.com) * Lowering Springs (eibach, Suspention Techniques) * KYB GR-2's Here is a good thread i started on mymonte for the 3100's: http://www.mymonte.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/ikonboard.cgi?s=fd0692facffe536f887a15ea932082bf;act=ST;f=1;t=6701 Just holla if you have any questions reguarding upgrades. all the Monte carlo parts swap over to the lumina's.
